Guangdong Petrochemical’s polyolefin packaging plant and warehouse project includes 2 packaging plants and 3 automated three-dimensional warehouses. Among them, three warehouses have a total construction area of 35,182 square meters. They are the largest intelligent three-dimensional packaging warehouse under construction in the petroleum and petrochemical industry in Asia so far, and it is also the first set of polyolefin product three-dimensional warehouses of PetroChina.
The main structure is a single-story, multi-column steel structure, and the solid storage and transportation facility engineering FDPE packaging plant and warehouse (warehouse section) steel structure installation project adopts high-strength bolt connection, and the steel structure is assembled on site. The width of the steel structure is 83.2m, the length is 130.525m, the maximum span is 23.75m, the total height of the structure is about 35.3m, and the total enclosed building area is about 35,182 square meters. Due to the large span and high location, steel structure installation is one of the most important links in solid storage and transportation facilities.
