Dapeng Town Industrial Park, Tongshan District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China
Not required at the planning stage, and generally not required if the information is complete. If the structure is more complicated, it is necessary to see the scene. Only when it is necessary to go to the site, will the engineer be arranged to go there, in other cases not, in order to reduce the cost of the customer.
Under normal circumstances, our engineers have enough experience or methods to put forward the proposal. The proposal will be divided into written suggestions. If necessary, we can also provide a plan diagram, preliminary cost, etc. We will conduct on-site factors in other ways to reduce customer expenditures as much as possible. After providing drawings, photos, and videos, we do not need to see the site for technical communication. Unless there are particularly difficult projects, we will not go to the site for on-site inspection of more than 10 projects every year. However, for some projects, we will ask to view the site. Engineers are divided into two majors, one is structural calculation engineer and the other is site engineer. No matter which kind of engineer can visit, customers need to pay for the engineer’s visit. Therefore, we try not to visit the site as much as possible.
In fact, customers can provide relevant drawings, on-site photos, videos, etc. to let our engineers understand the on-site situation in order to provide assistance to customers. However, if the project is complicated, it must be solved by on-site inspection, our engineers can also go (the visa fee, round-trip travel expenses, local board, and lodging incurred are all borne by the customer, and a daily fee of USD120-200 per person will be charged according to the location of the project. )
