The accuracy of the production size of the grid structure is the basic and prerequisite to ensure the accuracy of the overall structure size and the smooth installation of the steel grid structure workshop. At present, the middle column of the space frame structure workshop is processed by outsourcing H steel or assembled by plates. If it is processed by ready-made H-beam, the production accuracy of the column is easy to control; If it is assembled by plates, attention should be paid to shaping the steel column after assembly and welding to ensure the straightness of the steel column and prevent distortion. Most of the roof beams are herringbone and are usually assembled by 2 or 4 trusses.
