Use a hoist to place the connected chord on the tire wall according to its detailed position, and fix the positioning block. The control points on the truss shall be accurately measured again with experimental instruments such as spirit level and spirit level, and the deviation points shall be adjusted according to the adjustment block to ensure the proper position of the chord.
When the space frameprocessing plant establishes the relative position, try to weld the shrinkage volume by electric discharge welding, and integrate the details of the construction project. Put 1~Mm on each connection head. Scribe on the tire wall for each fixing point of the chord. Assemble the assembly line web rod, and perform accurate and precise tack welding. After accurate and precise positioning, the main truss is welded by electric welding. First weld the side that is not against the tire frame, after welding, use the hoisting machine to turn the truss against the wind, and then weld the other side. During electric welding, in order to ensure the quality of electric welding, try to avoid overhead welding. When assembling, the pre-camber value of the truss should be fully considered according to the design requirements of the scheme (the value of L/1500 can be used when there is no requirement in the scheme design).
