When all six of them meet the quality standards, they can be considered qualified. Detection method: ultrasonic flaw detection.
- Tension and compression bearing capacity inspection and review quantity: 600 pieces of ball joints with the most unfavorable force for each project can be taken as a batch, if less than 600 pieces are still counted as one batch, 3 pieces from each batch are taken as a group for random inspection. Testing method: Tensile force and pressure test are required to re-inspect the grid structure used in public buildings with a safety level of level 1 and a span of more than 40m, as well as doubts about the quality.
- Bolt ball surface, inspection quantity: spot check 5% according to various specification, but no less than 5 piece of each type.
