  4. When installing and welding the welded ball space frame, the deformation problem of welding shrinkage should be fully considered, especially the overall lifting space frame and bar space frame. After installation on the road, the welding deformation and shrinkage value should be grasped before welding. When the steel space frame is welded, the welding points (heating surface) are all above the space frame in the plan view, so it is very easy to deform the structure due to heat on one side. The general deformation law is that after the space frame is welded, the surrounding rubber bearings will gradually warp freely. If the deformation is large, the camber of the original plan will be offset. If the arching is not considered in the first place, the welding will produce a very large deflection value, which will affect the quality requirements of the project acceptance. Therefore, the deformation factor of unilateral heat should be fully considered when welding the ball space frame in the project.
  5. After the space frame is installed, attention should be paid to the force of the rubber bearing. Some rubber bearings are allowed to be welded, some rubber bearings should be at random ends, and some rubber bearings need limit switches. Therefore, the space frame rubber The construction of the support should be carried out in strict accordance with the design requirements.
