The metal vaulted roof can be insulated according to user needs, or not. The thickness of the insulation layer is determined according to the user’s needs, and the methods are as follows:
- Generally, the inner wall of the vault is sprayed with polyurethane, and the thickness is between 10~30mm (polyurethane is the insulation material of the refrigerator interlayer). This material is 10mm thick, which is equivalent to the thermal insulation effect of a 240mm thick brick wall. It has good bonding strength with metals and non-metals (1~2kg/cm2), low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, sound insulation, no condensation, and it will be extinguished within 2 seconds after leaving the fire. If the surface layer is coated with a layer of fire retardant coating (flame retardant), it can achieve complete fire protection function.
- The dome bonding foam board is to bond the polystyrene material foam board on the inner wall of the dome, and its thickness is determined according to the needs of the user, generally between 10 and 30mm. The method is to use sponge glue to bond the foam board on the inner wall of the vault, which is more labor-intensive than polyurethane spraying. Its thermal insulation effect is the same as that of polyurethane spraying.
