1.From the perspective of production quality: the welding ball structure uses hollow balls and welding pipes to be welding at the scene, the temperature and wind speed have a great influence on it. 2.From the construction point: the welding ball space frame construction site requirement are relatively high, and the site needs to be as open and flat as possible, which is conducive to the assembly of the space frame on the ground and can ensure the quality of the space frame assembly.The large amount of on-site welding requires high requirements on welding personnel. As a whole, the construction period is long, which affects the operation and production in the filed.

3.Observe from the welding point: the on-site manual welding has relatively large influencing factors and cannot guarantee weld flaw detection, thus affecting the quality.

4.From the installation steps:the on-site welding ball installation process is complicated, according to the drawing → tooling line →angle measurement →positioning spot welding → full welding → cleaningand testing welds. The daily construction is 80-150 ㎡, all steel pipes are butt welded, and the workload is relatively large.

5.From the perspective of rust-removal: the space frame steel pipe and welds are manually derusted on site, and then painting, the welds are easily to rust. Phased rust removal and paint maintenance are required to increase the later use cost.
