The steel structure space frame is a type of architectural engineering structure composed of supports, prefabricated components, spherical nodes, and maintenance structures. It belongs to a rapidly developing and widely used structure in the interior space design grid. Steel structure space frames are generally unused and are placed on support point structures such as column tops and beam tops. The support node refers to the space frame node on the support point structure. The deepening design of the space frame processing starts slowly from the support node. The architectural elevation and position management of the support node determine whether the space frame engineering construction can proceed normally.
At present, many bridge engineering constructions are using building seismic grade spherical supports, but there are fewer building seismic grade spherical supports used for building steel structures. General highway bridge support manufacturers do not fully consider the design, because the bearing capacity of the steel structure space frame support is much more complicated than that of the highway bridge support, and it is not enough to fully consider the single bearing capacity.
The following points must be paid attention to when promoting the support nodes of the steel structure space frame:
1. The architectural elevation and embedded parts of the concrete structure or steel structure wall must be accurate.
2. The support node method needs to be established. There are widely used rubber material flat supports and vulcanized rubber support supports. The manufacturer of the steel structure space frame emphasizes that the direction of the support should be paid attention to.
3. The side support node is generally close to the ground ring beam, and the interval between the support node and the ground ring beam should be noted, generally maintained above 50mm.
4. The installation of the middle support is large, and the bottom plate model is generally very large. It is necessary to pay attention to whether the section of the concrete column or steel column below meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, the column head node needs to be enlarged.
5. For the upper chord support point type spherical space frame, the prefabricated components of the support part are generally easy to collide with the support point structure below, and the review must be paid attention to. The interval between the bottom of the support ball node and the bottom of the support plate should meet the requirement that the oblique rod does not hit the column or the connecting beam.
6. Travel switches must be used on both sides of the space frame support for prevention measures.
