Steel structure engineering construction includes the main body and maintenance structure system, crane beams and platforms, ladders, guardrails and other equipment installation projects. In order to ensure its quality, the quality inspection and appraisal of the steel frame structure should be carried out after the quality inspection and appraisal of the electric welding or screw connection of the engineering project meets the specified requirements. The actual inspection has the following levels:
1.Components must comply with the design requirements and construction process requirements, and the deformation of components must be corrected during the whole process of transportation, stacking and lifting.
Checking methods: observation or hanging wires, checking with a steel tape, checking the original certificates of components and accessories.
2.The specification, model and location of the cushion block are appropriate, and it is in close contact with the bottom edge of the column and the base, and the welding is firm. The compressive strength of the cement mortar of the cushion block must meet the requirements.
Inspection method: observation and hammering inspection, check the test report on the compressive strength of the mortar test block.
3.The compressive strength test must be carried out after the guardrail is installed, and the result must meet the requirements of the national industry standard “Fixed Guardrail” (GB4053.3-83).
Inspection method: Check inspection records.
1.The marks on the structure should meet the following requirements:
Qualified: steel beams and other key components have management center and design elevation marks;
High quality: It is stipulated that all marked components are marked, and the marks of management center and elevation reference point are complete and clear;
The total number of inspections: according to the number of various component products, 10% are sampled and inspected, but no less than 3 pieces;
Inspection method: observation inspection.
2.The structural appearance should meet the following requirements:
Qualified: The surface is clean and the structure is free from welding scars, oil stains and sand;
High quality: clean surface, no welding scars, oil stains and sand.
