The steel pipe adopts Q235B, whose quality conforms to the provisions of GB/T700 of the current national standard “Carbon Structural Steel”. The steel used in the load-bearing structure shall have the certificate of tensile strength, elongation, yield strength, cold bending test and the certificate of carbon, sulfur and phosphorus content, as well as the certificate of carbon content for the welded structure.
The high strength bolts for network frame, shall adopt 40Cr after tempering heat treatment in accordance with GB/T3077 technical conditions of Alloy Structural Steel. The performance grade shall be selected according to the specifications.
For M12~M36 high-strength bolts, the strength grade shall be 10.9, and for M39~M64 high-strength bolts, the strength grade shall be 9.8.
The cone head and sealing plate shall be made of Q235B steel, and the quality standard shall meet the requirements of GB/T700 of Carbon Structural Steel. The taper head shall be forged and the dip Angle shall be less than 40 degrees. The sleeve adopts Q235B steel forging, and the quality standard shall meet the requirements of GB/T700 of Carbon Structural Steel. When the diameter of the high-strength bolt is > M30, the sleeve adopts steel forging no. 45, and the quality standard meets the requirements of “high quality carbon structural steel” GB/T699.
Q235B steel is used for bearing, supporting and connecting parts.
Ordinary bolts shall be combined with Grade C bolts made of Q235G steel as required by the current national standard, and the performance grade shall be class 4.8.
