(2) Connection and installation between beams and columns

The middle column of multi-span portal steel frame needs to be designed according to the swing column, but in the actual construction process, the inclined beam and the middle column are welded tightly, which leads to the actual construction is not in line with the design drawings, and it is easy to cause construction accidents. Therefore, the construction personnel need to carry out construction in strict accordance with the design drawings.

When the flange plate is welded on the thickened or widened connection plate, it is not made into an excessively inclined style according to the construction requirements. For welded joints, if the thickness or width of the member is not the same, and the difference distance on the side of the same direction reaches more than 4 mm, it should be made from the same side of the width or thickness of the tilt Angle is not greater than 1:4.

In the specific construction, the connection bolts do not meet the relevant regulations of building construction, and should be strengthened and tightened repeatedly at the nodes of large structures. (3) Installation of sandalwood jump and support
