During the use of space frame, the most frequent obstacle encountered is rust and corrosion resistance. In the process of the construction of the space frame, we must do a good job of anti-corrosion treatment, for the anti-corrosion treatment, there are two commonly used method.
At present, we use the physical shielding and chemical corrosion practices. The use of these two methods can do a good job of anti-corrosion treatment, because now the space frame project will use space frame rod, bolt ball, welding ball and other products, in which the iron is very easy to oxidation reaction in the damp or environment. It’s best to coat the outer anti-corrosion layer, this can avoid the external substances for the product surface, so that the corrosion resistant layer of the product can be used to prevent the corrosion resistance of the outside world. Far from being chemically corrosive, chemicals combine to react chemically in a way that would not occur if one of the mediums were not present.
In fact, physical shielding and chemical reactions are linked, and it is important to try to combine the two methods to get away from the corrosion.
