1.The appearance quality of the nodes and rods of the space frame structure: Clean surface, no obvious welding scar, mud sand, dirt.
Inspection method: Observation and inspection.
Check quantity: Spot check 5% by the number of nodes, but not less than 5 nodes.
2.When installing the grid structure in the high altitude bulk method, the joint fittings and rods shall comply with the design requirements and the relevant national standards. Deformation of fittings and rods must be corrected.
Inspection method: inspection of quality certificate, factory certificate, or test report.
3.The position of the datum axis, the elevation of the column top and the concrete strength must conform to the design requirements and the provisions of the current relevant national standards.
Check method: Check the retest record and test report.
4.The deflection value of the space frame structure after the dead weight and roofing work is completed: the average deflection of the measuring point is 1.12 or 1.15 times of the design value.
Inspection method: check with a steel ruler and level.
Check quantity: Measure a point in the center of the lower chord of small span grid structure; Measure the middle point of the lower chord and the fourth point of the lower chord span.
